✅ Accepted:

Unused, unwashed items with original tags/packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Defective/damaged items (report within 48 hours of delivery).

Extended Returns for Holiday Purchases:

Applies to orders placed between: November 15 – December 31

Extended deadline for returns: January 31 (next year)

Conditions:

Item must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.

Standard return process applies (contact us first for authorization).

🚫 Not Accepted:

Used, altered, or damaged items (unless faulty).

Final sale items (e.g., clearance).

2. How to Return
Email us first at lindaedwards4497042@gmail.com with:

Order number

Photos of the item (if defective)

We’ll send a return authorization and address.

Ship items back within 7 days of approval.

3. Refund Process
Approved returns: Refund issued within 5-7 business days after we receive the item.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund method: Original payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal).

4. Exchanges
Exchanges are free for defective/wrong items.

Customer covers return shipping unless it’s our error.

5. Late/Missing Refunds?
Check your bank/PayPal first (processing may take 2-10 days).
